Shipping Policy
Effective Date: June 2025
Important: All Rx Cases products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Available shipping methods and estimated transit times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
• Overnight / Priority Shipping — 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Rx Cases ships via one or more of the following carriers depending on order size, destination, and fulfillment method:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS
• FedEx
• Amazon Logistics (for orders fulfilled through Amazon FBA)
We reserve the right to select the carrier and service level that best meets the needs of your order. Carrier selection does not affect your estimated delivery window.
Order Processing and Total Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery timeline has two components:
• Production time: 3–5 business days (all products are made to order)
• Carrier transit time: 1–7 business days depending on selected shipping method
Example: An order placed on Monday with standard shipping may be produced by Friday–Wednesday and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment — for a total estimated delivery of 6–12 business days from order date. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Amazon FBA Orders
Some Rx Cases products are available through Amazon and may be fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's shipping terms, Prime eligibility, and delivery estimates as displayed at time of purchase on Amazon.com. For questions about Amazon orders, please contact us at support@rxcases.com with your Amazon order number.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@rxcases.com and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@rxcases.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with:
• Your order number
• Photos of damaged packaging or contents (for damage claims)
• Carrier tracking information showing delivery status (for lost shipment claims)
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Resolution may include a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Rx Cases is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@rxcases.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is accepted.
