Lifetime Warranty

Every Rx Case is covered for the life of the product. If your case ever fails due to a defect in materials or construction, we'll replace it. No questions asked.

This warranty covers the product itself — not tied to ownership transfer, and not a personal lifetime warranty. As long as your case is in use, it's covered.

What's Covered

• Structural defects in the case body
• Latch failure
• Hinge failure

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse or impact beyond normal use
• Lost cases

Replacement Limit

Warranty replacements are limited to 2 units per original order. This keeps things fair for everyone and lets us stand behind every case we ship.

How to Claim

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request a photo of the defect to process your claim. We'll take it from there.
