Return & Refund Policy

Production Notice: All Rx Cases products are made to order and require 3–5 business days to produce before shipment. Please allow additional time for standard shipping.
About Our Products
Rx Cases are precision-engineered, 3D-printed peptide storage cases produced on professional-grade FDM printers. Each case is made to order using high-quality PLA filament.
Because of the nature of 3D printing, please expect the following characteristics — these are not defects:
• Subtle layer lines on the surface (inherent to FDM printing technology)
• Slight color variation between batches due to filament lot differences
• Minor surface texture variation
• Small cosmetic artifacts at support removal points (when applicable)
Think of your Rx Case the way you would a hand-poured bourbon or a custom knife — handcrafted with precision, with natural variation that makes each piece unique. These characteristics do not affect function, fit, or durability.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
• Items with visible damage caused by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items showing signs of use
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a structural defect (cracked lid, broken snap-fit, failed closure) or receive the wrong item, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost. No return of the original item is required for defective print claims.
To initiate a defective item claim:
• Email us at support@rxcases.com within 14 days of delivery
• Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the defect
• We will confirm your replacement and provide an estimated ship date within 2 business days
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color. Because all products are made to order, exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received and inspected. The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@rxcases.com with your order number and the size/color you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow your bank or card issuer up to 10 business days to post the credit
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
• Check your bank account or card statement
• Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary by institution
• If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@rxcases.com
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rx Cases is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
