Tracking a peptide protocol on paper works until it doesn't. A missed dose, a miscalculated reconstitution, a vial you can't remember opening — these are small errors that compound.
Protocol is a free app built to solve this.
What It Does
Reconstitution calculator. You enter your peptide, the vial size, and how much BAC water you're adding. It tells you the concentration per unit and per mL. No mental math, no unit conversion errors.
Dose logging. Every injection logged with date, time, dose, and which vial. If you're running multiple peptides, they stay separate and organized.
Vial tracking. Protocol tracks how many doses remain in each vial based on what you've logged. You know before you travel whether you have enough or need to open a new one.
Protocol notes. Free text field for every entry. Pinned notes, side effects, how you felt, what you changed. The kind of notes that actually matter six weeks later.
Why It Matters
A peptide protocol is an investment. The peptides cost money. The time spent learning proper technique costs time. An error in reconstitution — too much water, wrong concentration — wastes both.
The app is free. There is no reason to track this on paper or in a notes app that was never built for it.
Where to Get It
Protocol is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Search "Protocol Peptide Tracker." Free download, no subscription required.
If you have an Rx Cases storage case, the QR codes inside the lid link directly to the app stores. Scan once, download, and your case and your tracking system are connected.
Built for the same people who take their protocol seriously enough to store it right.
